Return/Exchange Policy

Any product bought from Wear AZ can be exchanged within 48 hours after delivery, provided it is still in its original condition, for one or more of the following reasons:

• The size/colour/SKU is incorrect
• There is a manufacturing defect

Please contact customer care by emailing —--  with your order number and reason for exchange.

Following points will not be catered:

No longer needed: If you decide the item is no longer necessary for your requirements.

Changed my mind: If you have reconsidered your purchase decision.

No technical reason, just cancelling the order: If you wish to cancel the order for reasons unrelated to technical issues.

Dislike after opening the package: If upon receiving and opening the product, you find it unsuitable or not to your liking.

We offer the best colour match to our clothes shown in pictures. However, please note, colours may differ slightly due to lighting in pictures and dye on the fabric.
