Due to the ongoing crisis in the Middle East, international and domestic delivery timelines may be affected. While we strive to dispatch all orders promptly, unforeseen delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our control.

Wear AZ partners with trusted third-party courier services including DHL, SkyNet, and other logistics providers for order fulfillment. Once an order has been dispatched, the delivery timeline is managed entirely by the respective courier company. Any delays, transit issues, customs hold-ups, or service disruptions caused by these third-party providers are outside of Wear AZ’s control, and we cannot be held liable for such delays.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. For tracking updates, customers are encouraged to use the tracking details provided once the order has been shipped.

Global Delivery Partner: We use a third party service to manage our INTL deliveries. Your INTL package can be shipped via DHL, Call courier SkyNet or UPS depending on the geographical area. 

Global Delivery Charges: USD 25-42 (depending on the country chosen)
 
Shipping and Handling costs are always to be covered by the customer.
